Where do I go if my product is broken?
Please check your warranty time on the packaging or in the item description on our website. Please contact the place where you bought the product. If still under warranty, they will exchange or refund it and we will get charged back accordingly. Please don’t send any product back to us.

Why does the body analysis values exceed 100 % when added up?
Muscles also contain body water, which is already calculated in the body water analysis. Therefore, the total result will always exceed 100%.
TBW = 60% Total Body Water
The majority of body water is found in the fat-free mass (73% of the FFM is water) and since the water content in fat is very low (about 10% of the fatty tissue is water) the proportion of body fat automatically decreases with an increasing proportion of water in the body.
My scale is not reading in pounds, what’s wrong?
You have to convert the scale to pounds as all of our scales measure in kg/st/lb.
How do I convert the scale to pounds?
Please press the conversion tab twice or move the switch to "lb" on the back of your scale.
Can I use this scale if I have a pacemaker?
No, due to the bioelectric impedance that is used to determine the percentages of water, fat & muscle.
What does it mean when the display shows an H?
Bad foot contact: clean scale or feet or check for sufficient skin moisture.
What does it mean when the display shows an L?
Skin is too dry – moisten feet.
What does it mean when the display shows an E?
Implausible analysis result – check individual programming.
The display is flashing between P1 and P2 after the scale took my weight.
Two people are same gender, height and age – in this case, you will have to choose your person by pushing the arrow button next to either P1 or P2 after standing on the scale.

What is BIA?
This method that is used for the body balance scales is called bioelectric impedance analysis. With this method a current is passed through the body (through the feet) – current is able to flow more easily through the fluid in our muscles than through the fat. The current passes through both legs and permits measurement of the electrical resistance of your body.
