Leifheit International USA, Inc. Shipping Policy
Leifheit USA ships to the 48 contiguous states - we currently do not offer shipping to AK, HI or addresses outside of the United States. Primary shipping methods are UPS Ground and expedited service. USPS, Express and/or Overnight delivery services are not available at this time. Due to UPS shipping policy we are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
Available store items are typically shipped (processed, packed, and submitted to UPS) within 3 business days unless otherwise specified. Special orders/requests may take longer to process. Please allow a few more business days for delivery. Shipping and handling times are approximate and not guaranteed.
Customers are notified via e-mail of any backorder situations and have the option to cancel the backorder prior to shipment.

The above charges do not include surcharges that may apply to some items such as oversized items, expedited service and to Rush Shipping.
* Free standard shipping for all orders of $100.00 or more, except for oversized items, expedited service and rush orders. Expedited shipping is not available for oversized items. Free shipping based on pre-tax order total after discounts are applied.
Standard Shipping and Processing
Standard shipping charges are based on the merchandise total charge for each delivery address as detailed in the chart above.
All items are shipped from our warehouse by UPS to arrive within five business days after receiving your order.
Oversized items typically take longer to deliver and sometimes require special treatment.
Standard charges apply to orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses. Items shipped to APO/FPO will arrive within four to six weeks. See below for additional information.
Rush Shipping and Processing
For an additional charge of $25 per address, we can rush delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for oversized items.
Rush orders received by 3:00 p.m. (Eastern time), Monday through Thursday, arrive in two business days; rush orders received Friday through Sunday will arrive the following Wednesday.

When entering an APO or FPO address, please follow this example:

Items may be returned or exchanged within 21 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us with the following information:
- Order Number
- Product Name(s) and Product Number(s)
- Reason for Return/Exchange
Returned items can be shipped back to us via US Mail or any private parcel carrier. Refunds or credits are limited to the value of the item and any taxes charged. The ship-to address for returns is

Items being returned must be unused, in their original packaging, and should be sent back to us in the original shipping carton, marked as a return.
Leifheit International USA, Inc. is not responsible for returned items until they are received by us. As such, customers should insure their returned items. Package insurance is free (up to $100) with UPS and FedEx.
